Hello! I'm Paul

 

 As a hard-working team player, motivated and enthusiastic to complete projects, I have an excellent proven work history training in the manufacturing/training industry. I am always trying to achieve the highest standard possible in any task given and in any situation. I have an eye for detail, and good communication skills with people at all levels, also am accustomed to working in busy environments, working in a team, and leading teams of instructors. I have worked with many well-known companies since leaving education and have worked in the poultry industry for over 25 years. Since the early 2000's, I have had experience in training, auditing, and assessing in both workplace and classroom situations.

Updating the training matrix's, planning and administration, and recording for customer audits. Proud, to be have been part of a new M&S project for setting up and training employees to the M&S Code of Practice in cooking and production. Carrying out 2D label verifications using Olympus 2D Scanners for Christmas Fresh Produce, for M&S Special Selections, and many other products.

Creating, Updating, and use of KPI's for tracking training objectives. Planning and arranging training for the operations teams and management programs for team leaders/supervisors.

The latest project I'm proud to be doing has been the implementation of a paperless training learning & and development system. Uploading training records, creating and uploading procedures, enrolling personnel to further development training, managing the system, running reports and conducting assessments and observations. All are recorded on the paperless system.

Having moved from poultry to the pet food industry, I am now using my skills to implement training regimes in a new factory environment from an HR environment, ensuring compliance is met and introducing recording systems to ensure training records can be maintained.
