Currently my latest project is to implement a paperless training culture with my current employer. With a recent investment, I have been tasked to manage and implement a new platform for training employees known as Nvolve.
The sytem is digital based, where employees are able to attend training courses from their own personal smart devices or by tablets, laptops or computers. Presentations delivery by powerpoint with the option of assessment via keypad responses.
What is amazing is that when assessing or conducting observations it can all be completed via a smart device. Digital signatures confirming the training by the delegate and the trainer. Uploading of evidence backing up the training and the assessments.
I have spent many hours uploading training history and digital SOP's, procedures, and certification to employee profiles.
Creating reports for senior managment, such as KPI's and compliance reports.
With my knowledge of the system, I have tested the system in assessments and observations in the work place. I have suceeded, in creating a paperless way of recording the development of employees for the company and I am proud to have been told from the director, that the system will be rolled out across the group.
What an achievment !!!
